Vegan blueberry muffins

2 C flour
1 1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 C sugar
1 C milk or apple juice
1/3 C oil
1 T apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
1 1/2  C blueberries

Mix dry ingredients.  Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.  Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, gently.  Stir in berries.  Put in greased muffin cups.  Bake at 375 for 10-15 min.
