Peaches

  • Peach Crisp

  • tablespoons sugar
  • tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 5 -6 peaches, peeled and sliced (or use canned and eliminate the 6 T sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (opt.)

Topping

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.
 Slice peaches into greased casserole; add other ingredients and stir.
 Stir topping ingredients together and sprinkle over peaches.
 Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, until bubbly.
