Pasta
Lasagne with white sauce instead of ricotta cheese:
2T butter, 2T flour, 2 cups milk - Melt butter, stir in flour, whisk in a saucepan for a minute, then stir in milk and whisk til it thickens a little. (Rachel learned this in Italy.)
